Refund Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

1. Automatic Credit Refunds for Failed Generations

If a video generation job fails because of a provider error, timeout, or technical failure on our side, the credits spent on that failed job are automatically returned to your account. You do not need to contact support for this type of credit refund.

2. Initial Purchase Refunds

You may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial paid subscription purchase, provided that no credits from that purchase or subscription period have been used. Refunds are available only for the initial purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date from your billing settings.

4. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel a monthly or annual subscription, you keep access to the paid plan until the end of the billing period already paid. The subscription will not renew after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

5. Credit Packs and Used Credits

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the purchase have been used. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

6. Taxes and Fees

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Taxes, processing fees, or similar charges may be refunded only where required by applicable law or where they were included in the refundable amount by the payment processor.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@floowvideos.com from the email address linked to your Floow AI account.
  2. Use the subject line "Refund Request - [your email address]".
  3. Include the charge date, account email, and a short reason for the request.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to show the refund in your account.
