Six UGC tests I would build from one product

Cheap production makes it tempting to generate every possible version. The result is often a crowded asset library and a campaign nobody can explain.

A useful batch starts with a question. This six-video plan separates the opening, the form of proof, and the creator so the results remain readable.

Start with one promise

Choose a benefit that matters to the buyer and can be shown or explained honestly. A script with five promises has no clear center, and the performance data will not tell you which one worked.

Videos one and two: test the opening

Keep the creator, body, proof, and offer. Open one version with the problem and the other with the outcome. This isolates the frame that earns attention without rebuilding the entire concept.

Videos three and four: test the proof

Carry the stronger opening forward. Use a visible demonstration in one version and a first-person review in the other. The question is not which edit looks better; it is which form makes the promise easier to believe.

Videos five and six: test the messenger

Run the same script with two creators who have a credible relationship to the use case. Demographics alone are not an angle. The viewer should understand why this person noticed this problem.

At the end of the batch you have three separate observations to carry forward. That is a better starting point for round two than a folder named “more variants.”
