AI UGC or real creators? Choose based on the job, not the hype
By the Floow editorial team

Treating AI and creators as permanent rivals creates bad production decisions. Each method buys a different combination of speed, control, documented experience, variety, and depth.
The useful question is which uncertainty the campaign needs to resolve today.
When you are still searching for the message
AI is useful when the job is comparing hooks, structures, and creator profiles without coordinating ten shoots. It can eliminate weak routes before a larger investment, provided every output receives product, policy, and visual review.
When lived experience is the proof
Work with customers and creators when the value depends on a real long-term experience or verified transformation. Do not frame an avatar as a satisfied customer. Disclosure and honest framing are part of the trust the content is trying to earn.
When a campaign begins to scale
A hybrid workflow is often stronger. Use AI to explore openings and localize variants, then invest in human production for concepts with signal or demonstrations that require physical depth. Real shoots can also reveal details that improve later scripts.
A simple decision rule
Choose AI when the bottleneck is turning hypotheses into reviewable assets. Choose creators when the person and their experience are the central evidence. Combine both when the message is validated and you need breadth without losing scenes only real production can deliver.
