Your winning ad stopped working. Here is what I would change first
By the Floow editorial team

When performance drops, teams often replace the creator, hook, music, offer, and edit at once. The new video may improve, but the campaign learns nothing about what became stale.
Start by deciding whether the audience is tired of the message or only the way it is delivered.
Preserve the proven promise
If comments and downstream conversion still show that the central benefit matters, keep it. Refresh the opening scene, demonstration, or creator while preserving the reason to buy. This tests execution fatigue rather than abandoning a useful insight.
Change the buyer frame when the argument is exhausted
If everyone has heard the same problem-solution story, introduce another motivation: convenience, risk reduction, a new use case, or the cost of the old behavior. A new face reading the old argument is not a new concept.
Build a two-by-two refresh
Test two openings against two forms of proof while keeping offer and audience stable. Four pieces are enough to reveal whether attention or belief is the larger issue without creating an unreadable batch.
Write down what survived
After the test, record the promise, proof, and execution choices separately. The goal is not only to find another winner. It is to understand which parts can travel into the next creative cycle.
